Compared to standard round Litz wire, the square and rectangular shapes eliminate unnecessary gaps and increase the twisted wire filling rate by about 20%.
In addition, the resistance value can be reduced by about 10 to 20%, and the cross-sectional area can be increased, improving heat dissipation through surface contact and allowing more current to flow.
